Joey and his wife hired kitchen designer Eve Sayers to help with the kitchen design and home interior ideas. The contemporary kitchen design was the principal focus, and the result is a bright and alluring white kitchen remodel that is fully equipped with function and style. AyA’s Latte Lancaster kitchen cabinetry with gold hardware accents and wood drawers adds a refined quality. A custom kitchen rangehood and full slab backsplash provides a luxurious context that carries throughout the kitchen reno. Floor to ceiling cabinetry with large crown moulding adds polish. Integrated appliances and panelled fridges maintain a clean presentation and aesthetic with a subtle sophistication. A spacious kitchen island is furnished with a wine fridge, dishwasher, and plenty of additional storage as well as comfortable seating for four. It also provides ample workspace for meal preparation and the undermount sink and faucet makes clean up a breeze. Overall, a stunning open and airy kitchen redesign in soft neutral tones filled with texture and beauty in its simplicity.

The Livingroom seamlessly continues the interior design sensibility with beautiful arched niches flanking the fireplace illuminated with wall scones above. The integrated built-in cabinets in the same door style and finish used in the kitchen creates a unifying consistency. It’s a serene and well-balanced living space that is a natural extension of the kitchen space. The principal bedroom features a similar application with floor to ceiling closet storage flanking the fireplace also in AyA’s Lancaster shaker style cabinets and doors in a Latte painted finish. It exudes elegance as it repeats and enhances the design philosophy in the home. The main bath delivers a touch of drama, where its double sink bathroom vanity in an Anthracite grey finish is a pleasant surprise adding impact. Brass hardware, faucets and wall sconces completes the harmonious composition. A sleek basement living room embraces dramatic simplicity with wall-to-wall modern cabinets in AyA’s Kensington Latte below a stunning wood slat feature wall. The visual is minimal and streamlined modern interior design creating a warm focal point within the space. Neutral fabrics in a variety of textures is a common design thread repeated throughout the home. It helps to create a cozy and relaxed environment, complementing the essential design elements.
